NEW BOX TERMINAL AT PORT QASIM TO OPEN IN 2010

A series of modernisation projects at the Pakistani Port of Qasim, including a second container terminal at Port Qasim Authority (PQA), are expected to be completed next year at an estimated cost of US$250 million.

The container terminal project is being completed with the help of Dubai Port World, said unidentified sources from the Ministry for Ports and Shipping.
